Return Conditions
- Return window:Β Requests must be submitted withinΒ 7 daysΒ of receiving the last item in your order (based on tracking information). Once approved, the item must be shipped back withinΒ 7 days.
- Eligibility:Β We only accept returns ofΒ unworn clothing itemsΒ with theΒ original tagsΒ andΒ clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please notify us by email withinΒ 7 daysΒ of receipt. To process your claim, you must provide a description of the defect along withΒ photos or video. Without this, your claim cannot be approved.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
