To start a return, please contact us at info@aristobaby.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

Return window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the last item in your order (based on tracking information). Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Eligibility: We only accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags and clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Options

Original payment method: A $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Store credit: No shipping fee will be deducted.
Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Please note, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. To process your claim, you must provide a description of the defect along with photos or video. Without this, your claim cannot be approved.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
