Return Conditions
- Return window:ย Requests must be submitted withinย 7 daysย of receiving the last item in your order (based on tracking information). Once approved, the item must be shipped back withinย 7 days.
- Eligibility:ย We only accept returns ofย unworn clothing itemsย with theย original tagsย andย clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.
- Exclusions:ย We cannot accept returns onย sale itemsย orย gift cards.
Refund Options
- Original payment method:ย Aย $6.99 shipping feeย will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Store credit:ย No shipping fee will be deducted.
Processing Time

- Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds to your original payment method will be issued withinย 10 business days. Please note, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please notify us by email withinย 7 daysย of receipt. To process your claim, you must provide a description of the defect along withย photos or video. Without this, your claim cannot be approved.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
