Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Standard shipping to the US usually takes 6–15 business days.

  • During holidays or sale seasons, processing times may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update. In some cases, tracking numbers may change.

  • If tracking information is unavailable after 3 business days, please contact us at info@aristobaby.com for assistance.

Uncollected Parcels & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, uncollected, or destroyed due to incorrect shipping details.

  • Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the postal service, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements, even if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
