Return Conditions
- Return window:Ā Requests must be submitted withinĀ 7 daysĀ of receiving the last item in your order (based on tracking information). Once approved, the item must be shipped back withinĀ 7 days.
- Eligibility:Ā We only accept returns ofĀ unworn clothing itemsĀ with theĀ original tagsĀ andĀ clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.
- Exclusions:Ā We cannot accept returns onĀ sale itemsĀ orĀ gift cards.
Refund Options
- Original payment method:Ā AĀ $6.99 shipping feeĀ will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Store credit:Ā No shipping fee will be deducted.
Processing Time

Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please notify us by email withinĀ 7 daysĀ of receipt. To process your claim, you must provide a description of the defect along withĀ photos or video. Without this, your claim cannot be approved.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
